The Company acquired this former joinery works in the summer of 2020.

The site has now the benefit of a full planning permission secured at appeal for a development of 8 exclusive dwellings in a secure and secluded self – contained site within a short walk from the JR Hospital.

The development will be a zero emission endeavour and will comply with 2021 Building Regulations  and the planning requirements of the City Council to secure a 40% CO2 reduction against the 2013 regulations.

All dwellings will be served by individual ASHPs as the principal source of heating and hot water. All dwellings will be provided with car charging facilities.

Construction is programmed to commence in April 2023 with completed units being made available for occupation in spring 2024.
