Site Status: Construction Phase

The Company acquired the Gurkha Village buildings and parking area in late 2019. The site comprises a well known and regarded Nepalese Restaurant together with a car park for which planning permission for the development of 5 apartments had previously been secured.

The Company has now secured planning permission for a development of 8 apartments on the land and construction of the enabling works comprising the new restaurant car park commenced in October 2021.

The development of the apartment block has now commenced and is programmed for deliver in late 2023. It is anticipated that the resultant development will be retain by the Company in its investment portfolio.
