Cantay acquired redundant and empty B1 buildings together with an additional site from the Berkeley Group in 2014.

Planning approval has been granted for a development of 78 ensuite study bedrooms and ancillary facilities which comprises change of use of Canterbury House, Adams House and Rivera House from offices (Class B1 Business use) to student study accommodation, together with a new three storey building on the vacant site adjacent to Canterbury House.

The development is divided into two Phases:

Phase 1: Refurbishment of Canterbury House, Adams House and Rivera House to provide 48 student study rooms. Completion and Handover August 2017

Phase 2: New three story building to provide a further 30 student study rooms. Completion and Handover December 2017
