The Company acquire the Gurkha Village buildings and parking area in late 2019. The site comprises a well know and regarded Nepalese Restaurant together with a car park for which there is an extant planning permission for the development of 5 apartments.

The Company has resubmitted a planning application for the erection of 8 apartments and the retention of the existing restaurant as segregated sites.

A planning determination is expected at the end of 2020 and the company intends to commence construction works in early 2021.
