Cantay Estates acquired this former builders yard in Glanville Road with an extant planning permission for a development of 6 houses. At the end of 2019 Cantay secured a planning permission for a development of 9 units comprising 3 houses and 6 apartments .

Cantay have exchanged contracts for the sale of all of the dwellings to Oxford City Council on a turn key basis. The completion of the works and handover to the Purchaser is anticipated in July 2021.
