Cantay Estates acquired this former builders yard in Glanville Road in the summer of 2017 with an extant planning permission for a development of 6 houses. Cantay submitted a planning application for a development of 9 units comprising 3 houses and 6 apartments in December 2017. The scheme obtained a resolution to grant planning permission subject to the signing of a Section 106 agreement in March 2018.

The development was finally approved in December 2019 without a requirement for a Planning Agreement and work will commence on site in May 2020.
