Cantay Estates has agreed the purchase of the building from GreenSquare Group. The proposed development is the refurbishment of the existing building to provide Grade A business space and the vertical extension of the building to provide an additional 4,000 sq ft.

Occupiers are now sought for the proposed building.

The resultant investment will be held within the Company’s commercial investment arm, Blackridge Commercial Ltd.
